License Agreement

Wallpaper License

By downloading, installing, or purchasing any digital asset (including but not limited to 4K static images, video loops, and interactive 3D folders) from Walit.pro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

1. Personal Use License

All assets downloaded from Walit.pro (both Free and Premium) are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial use. This license grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:

• Install and set the wallpaper on your personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Configure and run the interactive 3D wallpapers locally on your personal desktop environment.

2. Commercial Use Prohibited

You are strictly prohibited from using any wallpaper or digital asset from Walit.pro for commercial purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Selling, reselling, or licensing the wallpapers (in whole or in part).
• Distributing the wallpapers on other websites, apps, cloud storage folders, or physical media.
• Using the wallpapers in commercial advertisements, digital broadcasts, games, software, or web designs.
• Modifying the 3D interactive source code to resell or redistribute the modified version.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the wallpapers on Walit.pro remain the sole property of Walit.pro and the original digital artists. Your purchase or download does not transfer any ownership of the copyrights to you.

4. Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete and destroy all downloaded copies of the wallpapers in your possession.
